Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Western National Parks apparel, but if your gear isn't the perfect fit, we offer easy returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and include original tags to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely package your items in their original mailer.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to send your gear back to our distribution center.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
